For those that are having trouble...
If you're getting "permission denied" messages in Console and the installation files won't open at all, type this into Terminal:
chmod -R 775
After you've finished the installation, select 'activate later', then move the included license.dat file to:

i am looking for the mac advanced engineering mathematics by Dr. Robert J. Lopez that works with mAple apparently its a different file for mac to win as it is in binary form maybe the linux edition works

Hi,
it works fine for me.
Just start maple after installing.
You wil get a message that no key is installed.
Just do mkdir -p (the path that is showed) and copy the lincence to there.

I know that there hasn't been any activity here for a while, but, I don't have a license.dat file in my download. Only a .rar and the .zip files. Please help.
