Downloaded in 30 minutes and runs fine!
For those of you having Open GL issues, try running the "safe mode" version or download open gl drivers for your video card.
If you try to run it on certain resolutions, it will fail (1600 x 1200 failed me). Use the safe mode to get back into the game then bump the resolution down till you get one that works.

Thanks bunches. Great shoot-em-up, its hard to quit. Had no trouble downloading and installing. The whole enchilada works great.
Went to get cheats and found lame instructions until one kind sole mentioned that you had to save a game with the command line + set sv_cheats 1 first, then initiate cheats next round. Don't think I ever came across this before.
This game is so intense I needed a heads up or I don't think I would have ever got past those damn elite Bulow bitches.

If your Having The Open Gl Subsystem Error..Then your Only situation is ..( If you have Windows Xp Or windows 7) You need OpenGlDirect From google..Download It install it and set up your own driver then launch The game wich requires OpenGl and it will work..Tested It on many computers so enjoy :3

Attention to people experiencing the graphical issues, I know how to fix it. It is due to the game using it's own Open GL DLLs (V3 and V5) in their own folder located in the game directory folder, they are incompatible with newer OSs, just delete the folder with the DLL's in them then add the following lines to the autoexec.cfg in the "Main" directory: r_gldriver "opengl32" and then save.
