The game's functions are mostly icon-controlled and all the pictures are pretty self-explanatory. On hongfire there's an English install (although the game's text itself is still in Japanese) and an uncensored patch that you can add on. Here's the links:

It works, got it running of windows 7 ultimate x64. Running as administrator and in compatibility mode (windows XP service pack 3) Don't know if you have to actually run it with that but i am just to be safe. Just follow the instructions (they are pretty easy to follow) make sure you hold the F button for full screen or W for windowed. the game won't play if you don't.

Where is the config.exe? I can't seem to find it anywhere and my game is stuck in 4:3.
