I can't stand BBC coverage, I have watched a few minutes on BBC iPlayer and it is turning out to be just like ITV Formula 1 coverage. One sided, exaggerated, false hopes for James Toseland. Give me Speed TV or some other American channel where they give you fairly balanced commentary and not wishy washy dialogue directed to appeal to the moronic sense of patriotism.
I wish Toseland well but I don't want his name chanted to me like a mantra when watching these races. Much like Lewis Hamilton's name was last season in F1.
I think Spanish commentary is the way to go! I can't understand it therefore I can enjoy the race.

I agrre, bbc's coverage is not as good as eurosport, or other channels for that matter, but at least MotoGP is on British terrestrial television.
As for patriotism, where's yours?! Hamilton will be world champion this year, and he did a fantastic job in his rookie season last year.
As for Toseland... He could be the first British world champion in the pinnacle of motorcycle road racing for many years. Like Hamilton, he has the perfect attitude, and skills required of a world champion. Give him a factory ride and a year or two and the possibilities are certainly there.
As for american commentary... are you insane? No brain commentary. They talk absolute shite.
