Trama: Uno scienziato inglese giunge nel Tibet alla ricerca di una misteriosa pianta (mariphasa lupina lumina), i cui fiori sono l'unico antidoto per debellare la maledizione dell'uomo lupo. Durante le ricerche il dottore è assalito e morso da un lupo mannaro. Ritornato a Londra cerca di far fiorire con la luce artificiale il fiore ma, preso a sua volta dal male, durante i periodi di plenilunio si trasforma in un licantropo che uccide ogni notte una nuova vittima.
