But there are 2 things, the sound are to low
and its not vbr. :(

well i dont know about the volume levels being low, its just re-encoded off the AC3 stream and normalized. volumes about the same as various rips i have from the scene (and louder then the source ac-3).
regarding cbr, the audio is encoded with ABR method which is a technique of VBR, preset is alt abr. GSpot codec info app and MediaInfo both show that.

Subtitle: it is easy. Find a subtitle for LOL or etc release with fps 23.976, than use Subtitle Workshop (small+handy freeware www.urusoft.net) and change the fps of subtitle to 25.000 and save + enjoy. Cca 2 minutes of "hard work" :-)
