downloaded this, unrared and mounted. says the disc is mounted but it doesn't read anything

I downloaded, mounted and able to copy to the HD, but the ?TurboTax 2008 Installer? located in the ?TurboTax 2008? folder will not run. Any ideas on how to fix? Already used Advanced SystemCare and CCCleaner?.

works fine so far, it's updating as i type, should be safe, scanned with F-secure, when i unpacked the folder and mounted it with daemon the install took off when i opened my hd, as far as third party, i can't answer that, maybe someone more knowledgable than me can. THANX DUDE. don't forget to seed.

I was able to run the federal section fine but have been unable to download the state section. Whenever I try to download it gives a popup stating "We are having trouble processing your request, it may be because the system is temporarily down" blah blah. Has anyone else found this problem and has anyone found a workaround? Has anyone been able to download state?
