17 th April...I find DHT off & only 2 working Trackers BUT it has over 90 seeds & downloads
to me at over 300kbs sec.
You can leave an inactive Torrent in your Client for months if necessary to wait for some activity.

The negative comments have to do with DHT and Pex being disabled. A lot of people will not use the trackers because it's easier to get caught uploading content that way, where DHT is more.... anonymous... Pretty silly to disable DHT, and p2p'ers are very vocal about what they find silly.
