I've got another PC witch XP 32bit, I've installed framework 2.0 and now the runme works, so the problem is that "runme" cant work under Vista x64, you cannot install frame 2.0 because its integrated with Vista, and x86 version of Frame 2.0 wont install on 64bit Vista...
