WHAT are you supposed to do with all these files...? Make a book ow your own, compile all these files into a .pdf file? Why was it not done as such from the beginning? There is one ?reset.css? file at the end, and it starts BBEditor....? Yes, and then what?
This is a very important book that tells a story about one of the most impressive landmarks in the history of mankind. It deserves better treatment!

then stop complaining, take it and compile it to your liking then put up your own worthy torrent.
You shouldn't be able to complain if you do not have any torrents.

You just click on the file : "Start here" and the book opens on it's own....!
