thanks, will try and see how it works. @sonuyosro, the russian copy is smaller because it's a repack version. The resolution was messed up even thought i maxed out all graphic settings and resolution, and there are no cut scenes in the game if you change it to english.

Ok this is for anyone with an ATI graphics card with dark screen dark characters. Ultimate fix >
go to catalyst control center.. be sure u have Version 10.10..
select then set everything to default.
after that:
-Disable the Catalyst AI
-Enable triple buffering

Installed fine, copied crack over, launch app. and ffdshow compatibility manager pops up. Allowing me to choose to to either use it or not use it. Both options do nothing. After selecting either option, an "ActiveMovie Window" pops up and stays black. Any help is appreciated. I do have ffdshow installed, for backing up my movies.

I install the game, watch the intro and then it crashes as soon as it loads the game.
I also tried windowed mode and it shows the loading icon, but it again crashes.

But for some reason, when i mount the Iso, it says I already installed the game and it asks if i would like to run the uninstaller. I click yes, and nothing happens. exactly my opinion. the story is very weak, a bad copy of the 1st one without new characters. gameplay is ok for the most part except for not having much tougher jedi bosses to fight against (like it's predecessor, which was much more fun/of a challenge) if you liked the 1st one you gonna be disappointed with this.

When I try 2 run the game, I get 2 diffrent windows, 1 is full screen (named Star Wars: The Force Unleashed..) and the other one is named "ActiveMovie Window", but non of them show any picture, until I open the fullscreen'd window I hear lightsabers "swooshing" and then it stops after about 2 seconds.. I minimize the window again, and "reopen" it, and this time I get some kind of music for 1,5 sec, when I lay down the fullscreend the ActiveMovie Window has gotten the Lucas logo, but it is freezed... what 2 do?

How to install.
1. Download and open with WinRar or 7zip.
2. Extact the ISO file on desktop (or somewhere else).
3. Mount or Burn the ISO file with PowerISO or Deamon Tools.
4. Go to Computer and click on the CD-Unit (SWTFU2).
5. Install.
6. Right click the CD-Unit and explore it and find "Crack" and copy the SWTFU2.
7. Go to "Program Files (x86) -> Lucas Arts -> Replace SWTFU2 with the copied one.
8. Start SWTFU and then PLAY!

Just so people know, I've been warned by Zen that we've received a Take Down notice from the rights holder of this game.
If they wish to do so, the rights holder is permitted by law to request a court order for disclosure of subscriber details (my details basically), should they wish to pursue a claim for damages through the court.
This has never happened to me before, and I haven't a clue what to do to prevent it in the future. I think I'm right in saying that I just need to be careful not to download stuff for the which the rights belong to the same holder, so that they don't issue another complaint.

Game works GREAT!! excellent graphics and gameplay. I did not use deamon tools or any mounting software to install. I used winrar to unzip into a temp file on my desktop (usually tagged new folder). once i unzip it, i just dubble click setup and it installs. if the game comes with more than one disk, just put them all into the same file and run setup. Ive dont this with every game ive dl'd from TPB for years and have run into very few snags. i hope this helps some of those new to torrented games and dont have the understanding of virtual drives and such. Followed the directions and have got the game working. So thank you to all the people whom gave relevant information. However, I do have to issues that make the game a little akward. First. There isn't any sound at all. Do not know what it is but I don't have music or the voices that I remember from playing it before. Also, The "talking" scenes seem to not run normal. When I chat and it cuts away for the "special" (don't quote me on this) scenes to chat it speeds through them. Any idea as to what I need to do? Thanks to any help given.

In the level Battle for the Salvation, towards the end, theres a glitch, where i should be able to pull a power thing out of a cannon, placing it inside a broken cannon to shoot through a door. however, the cannon doesnt have a door over the power cylinder thing, and you cant force pull it out, period. its in the room where a tie fighter crashes into one of the cannons.

Wow, I just got done reading some of these comments, have people seriously never heard of patching? You should really do that BEFORE ever playing the game, then it will probably work. The reason for the patches, is to FIX glitches. It's just stupid to come on here and complain thinking the torrent is broking, it's not, I just beat it with no problems because I installed the patches first. You have to learn to use your head people, might help you in the future.

Needed to catch your eyes.
64 bit computers: Search REGEDIT in the search option and run it as ADMIN. Then goto Wars The Force Unleashed 2 and delete the entire folder. All done, install the force unleashed 2. :)
32 bit computers do the same but goto Wars The Force Unleashed 2 and delete the entire folder.
ALL DONE. You may now reinstall The Force Unleashed 2. Your welcome.

IF YOU CAN'T PATCH THE GAME!
This is because you have already cracked the .exe and the patcher won't recognize it.
THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO REINSTALL!
Mount or unpack the CD-image, then explore it and go to the bin folder. In there is the ORIGINAL SWTFU2.exe which you can copy to the game directory to "uncrack" the game. After that you can patch without problem!

Those of you who have issues with your mouse and keyboard not working: Open "Device Manager". Extend Human Interface Devices and disable "HID-compliant game controller" I had the issue with my mouse and kb but this solved the issue. I hope this helps those of you in need of help. :-D

Mostly everything worked great. I really enjoyed the game over all. There were some significant issues though. A few of the cut scenes were black and didn't show, but I could hear them. I used youtube for those cut scenes. Also, the level where we are on the rebel ship trying to kill the invaders, that level was very glitchy, many textures didn't show and were instead black. I had the same issue in the next level. There was one moment where hitting escape or enter would just glitch the screen frozen until I hit escape again.

How do I unistall? I ad downloaded and finished the game a long while ago and I thought I uninstalled it and now when I try to run setup.exe it says that the game is already installed and asks whether I'd like to run the uninstaller, I click ues but nothing happens. Ran it as admin in case something changes but no luck.. Do I have to do something specific to uninstall it? I uninstalled the normal way through Control Panel but maybe it wasn't enough? Also, I deleted manually the files from the crack that remained in the Star Wars The Force Unleashed 2 folder, in program files x86...
