Am I wrong or this is the same episode than last week? I started to dl it, but then I realised I've seen this. So can anybody tell what happened? Will be a 10. ep. today, or will it be next week?

To answer you two above me. I believe what happened is this:
subscribers who have Direct TV can get the episode early (approx. a week early). You (and me) have been getting the early episode until now, so we have actually been a week ahead of the actual Showtime airing of episodes.
If I am correct, because the season is coming to a close (only three or four more episodes), Showtime may have quit the early episode. I think this is the norm with early episodes. They don't want the big secrets before the finale leaking out.
I could be wrong, but I suspect for the rest of the season there may not be any more early episodes to be found.

It isn't Direct TV. It's people who subscribe to Showtime on cable or fiber and get Showtime On Demand - which satellite people don't get, I believe. Those people get episodes 1 week early On Demand. Episode 10 has been available there since 3/15, but no one has uploaded it yet. Showtime aired Episode 9 last night (Sunday, 3/15), but as I said, those with Showtime On Demand have had Episode 10 available to them since yesterday.

Yes burbank, my bad. I meant On Demand, not Direct TV, don't know why I put that.
Looks like 10 is starting to pop up now though. sweet! I wonder when they'll cut it off though (if they do)?
