Just install and enjoy. Credits to ripper. Not done by me. I appreciate your upload, so i had to say; thanks.
But, i don't need this. I have/use SP2, and i integrated SP3 with nLite. Also removed many s*it like drwatson, help, etc. In these days, anyone can make own cd-windows. Or, dvd-windows :)
