Have you extracted the file with p7zip?
After extraction you get a ISO image and a PDF guide.
Burn the ISO image as IMAGE(NOT AS DATA) at lowest speed.

thanks a lot madman9999, i want to know if this distro will ask for an "Activation Code" or something like that. Thanks in advance.

 madman9999 (2008-05-03)

thnx buddy 4r ths share can i install ths Linux on my harddisk ? is tht Setup CD !

TheDarkLight (2008-09-02)

You can update and stuff without worry right?

TheDarkLight (2008-09-02)

@dildoctor
Of course you would be able to install from the CD. Linspire is a OS after all wouldn't make any sense for it not to be able to install to hard disk.

Unfortuantely Live-CD won't function for me either. It passes from one loading screen into a black screen and stays there. I use my laptops Fn + Print Scrn (which does something called SysRq i guess System Request idk.) afterwards it moves to loading screen likes its finally loading the OS but after it finishes it just goes to a Black screen with a flashing type marker and stays there indiffiently prehaps Linspire doesn't have some critical drivers it needs to run on my machine but meh.
