LMAO @ all the guys asking what to do with the key... How about start by reading the file that says "READ ME".
~if in doubt, read the instructions.
Thanks to khalid_coolboy, IMO Jcreator is the best combo of versatility and user friendliness. I hate eclipse and I'm not much for Netbeans either, so I was excited to find this. Might end up buying a license for this if it's as good as they say. I use the LE version.
Shame on you for archiving the files before uploading, but no worries and thanks again!

Okay, so I noticed there is not a README file. I was looking at the wrong folder, and I already knew the procedure. So, since I feel silly for making assumptions, and there happens to be no instructions or apparent help from the uploader:
Go to JCreator Help tab (at the top Menu Bar) and choose Enter Registration Details...
enter the name (including the string of numbers in front) and the key in the appropriate fields.
