Anyhoo, to those thinking you need a serial, you are wrong. After you get over the hump of having the game running you'll wonder:
How do I save the game
1. Start the game.
2. In the menu, press a key Home.
3. On top is lowered window, Press "Create a new profile.
4. Now we choose, to create autonomous profile.
5. Enter any name in English. and click Send.
6. Now click Finish. You can pre-configure your profile if you wish.
This is correct, but when you click create new profile, you need to scroll down and then there is a link within the paragraph referencing a local profile. Click that, you're golden. Jesus- it took me literally 1.5 hours to figure it out.

Okay, I have this problem with installing this game.
1. I extract the first rld-elca in DVD 1, and then the first rld-elcb in DVD 2.
2. I try to install the game.
And then I get this problem when I try to install it. It says I need to put in disk 2 or whatever.
What are you going to mount in the torrent if u use daemon tools? 'Cause I can't find any mount-files anywhere.
And It says you need to find the DVD 2 thing and I can't find it either.

When I start "LaunchEFLCc.exe" the following thing happens; "SecuROM Launcher has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Any ideas what's wrong or what I could do to fix this?
@aDiKiD - You just need to use the right drive in my computer, for example. My disc 2 was installed on drive F, therefore I simply put that in and clicked ok, and there you go :)
@Fjernsynet - Right click the drive in my computer which has disc 1 on it, click explore and the crack should be there

If you're having trouble with the security, run the activation program untill you have to fill out anything. You will see an extra file in your folder. After that copy the crack and stuff and you're done :)
Also, if you want to save your game, scroll down in the windows live information thingy, and click a link that allows you to make an offline profile.

- Rockstar Games (create this if it doesn't exist, using right mouse button, new, key)
- EFLC (create this if not available, see above)
- In EFLC, right click on the big white screen, New, string value
- Name it "InstallFolder"
- Find the path where you downloaded everything, the main folder i.e. C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV Episodes From Liberty CityEFLC, which contains files like data.dll, EFLC.exe, etc.., and copy the location.
- Edit the InstallFolder-string value, and paste the data to the location you just copied
- You're done :)
Start the game with LaunchEFLC.exe

Launcher has stopped working" error can solve this error by following below steps:-
1.Clean install both the DVD that comes with this.
2.Download this crack and extract it:-
You'll get EFLC-mbb folder and there were 6 files in the folder.Copy all the files except 'EFLC install' and 'Readme' file and paste it to C:/Program files/Rockstar Games/EFLC
3. Now do this important step:-

I removed the setup.exe through taskmanager, so should I let it do the date check >then copy the cracks over> then run the reg> and then update? Do I really need the update?
Also is a registry hack really necessary or should I just run the reg EFLC install.reg which is fine?

Thx for the amazing effort to upload this, but i cant gett it working. The game runs though, but only in minimum settings, Distance draw etc in lowest settings seemed to improve. The instructions on several uploads can help the people out with running this game. I used the 1.0.1 patch with crack, later the 1.0.2 . Also editted my reglocation for the exe. Game starts, intro etc. In the gang part it collapses instantly at intro, at Gay tony part it seems like the game is lagging when youre driving into a new part of the map and the pc wants to load it. Game freezes, after 20 secs working again. But if u drive 2 often into other parts it just freezes and makes pc reboot.
Dont think it has to do with this pack, just with the game itself. If there will ever be a GTA6 they wont bring it for pc no more i think.

I got it running on Windows 7 64-bit.
I do however experience some flashing green "stars" in the beginning of the game, while it's dark. It might be my graphics card though, not sure. (I hope not, i got it a week ago) It stopped after a few minutes though, as it all it turned into daytime.

Took nearly a full day to download (SEED DAMN IT) but installation was easy.
Follow the steps and mount disc 2 when asked to, then mount disc 1 when asked to.
Once finished update the game by mounting Disc 1 and going into the crack>update folder. You should update to 1.1.2.0 also to stop loading loops. To save just make an offline GFWL profile.
Note: I didn't activate the game via Rockstar's validation thing but my game reads that it's updated to 1.1.2.0. I just finished Chinese Takeout with no issues and running ENBv0.9.

Hi, I need some help
First , i found absoultely no .iso files in this but i mamaged to use winrar to install it but everytime i try to run the game it says
"No disc inserted.
Please insert the original "EFLC" CD/DVD.

for you that experience grainy and blurry picture, I know what the problem is.

guys i intall nad crack the game and there is 2 options
1.run game with LAUNCHER or
2.run game with real launcher
when i run game with LAUNCHER they ask for serial

To find the Iso you only need to unzip the zip files.. The iso is in it. Me everythings working except I cant save my progression.. I need to have an account on something.. Is there a way to bypass this shit??

HI guys can someone help me? After downloading the game and opening the file, i realised all the files in DVD 1 and 2 are all in Rar format. So i followed instructions and Unrared the files in DVD 1 and 2 folder using Winrar, however the unpacking process takes 9-10 hours?? Y so long??any help? would i get a suitable Disc Image file after unpacking?dont wana waste my time unpacking and end up with nothing to mount on..any help would be much appreciated..Thanks =)

The game is runing fine... But i hav a different problem. There is no audio and subtitles when Luis speaks to anyone on the phone.!!! This happens only during the phone conversations. Audio and subtitles are there in the game cutscenes and other events... But only the phone conversation is havind this problem.. Anyone encountered this problem???plzz help...

Why are there 20-30 rar files that u dont need?????? just download 1 rar file from DVD1 and DVD2 folders (doesnt matter which ones), this will prevent a 3day download

Yo I read up to the fourth comment page and never found anything, so im having trouble installing the update it says "Failed to install titleUpdate see Log for details" I go to the log and that says "Launching Title Update: "E:CrackUpdatesetup.exe" /selflaunch
Could not find game install folder
To manually set folder, run: "E:CrackUpdatesetup.exe" /f "" how do I do this?

Ok I did a repair now and the update supposedly installs however after I click finish and the window closes it opens a message saying it was unable to find the LaunchEFLC.exe so I assume it never installed the update cause it dont work, And I am unable to uninstall the game properly, In remove programs I Uninstall it it takes like 1 second and says it has uninstalled succesfully but nothing was removed the icon is still there and I can still uninstall it but nothing is getting freakin unistalled

@hbasri1998 when u enter the game and click on the create windows live account go to create an offline account and u wont need to enter the product key and ur game may get saved so try it it worked for me

Alright I have solved my issue with microsoftFixIt, but now encountered another one, what I did, installed game-ran update-copied over crack-ran the crack-got error reading "SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000] - > 0*00000001

if people want a good crack for this or regular gta iv click on my name to see my uploadeds. They are unique and made by me so you probably won't find them else where..
what they do is 2 main things..
crack the game so you can play with no
cd/dvd in the drive and so you can save your game and not have to use RGSC or Games For Windows Live
GFWL is what saves your games so if YOU DO use it ? you have to create an offline account.. hit the home key and search hard for the option, its hidden pretty good ;)
OR.
Download the xLiveless i modded and uploaded or google xliveless
and lastly the no dvd crack i patched and uploaded is Razor1911's crack that i patched to remove staup sounds and the Razor1911 logo from popping up every time you launch the game.
Also no matter where you get your files people.
DON'T EVER run eflc.exe or gtaiv.exe
all versions on the net will load the game but a securom piracy protection will get triggered and you will have abunch of problems including your player acting like he is drunk (aka Drunk Camera bug)

Fast and good torrent. Installed just fine. Downloaded the 1.1.1.2 patch + crack from this torrent: http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/5611687.
After completing the installing setup do not attempt to activate, just close the window. Install the patch and apply the crack and use LaunchEFLC.exe instead of EFLC.exe to play the game.
If an error message like "ordinal number 42 could not be found in the dynamic link library xlive.dll", then google and install Games For Windows Live Marketplace client. If you intend to save your progress, press Home and create an OFFLINE account (it might be called "local account" as well) and you'll be able to save.
