It worked prefectly to me.
You just need to copy and paste "piano patch" file into program filesvirtual piano.
Open and click "apply patch". And voilá!
Your antivirus will, of course, advise you it's a trojan. But any cracks cause this warning, just ignore it.

This is the best thing ever. There is such a huge selection of different instruments and a full range of piano keys. As i type this i can hear the tunes from each key i press lol
You can create music as well as intricate sound effects if youre clever enough with the built in recording feature but i have yet to test it.
Anyway simply install the main .exe and then the patch, i didnt find any use for the keygen
