Once you've downloaded the CDs you mount the CDs then install using the setup, once that's completed go into the crack folder, copy the crack then go to game directory in Computer/Vista(or whatever)/Program Files/Medieval 2 Total War. Copy the crack into the folder and replace the application that's already there. Now play the game.

Great game, i got a download speed of 1.2Mps which was good. the game worked straight away after moving 2 files after the download, had no problems to date.
ps. someone mentioned you need to burn the data to a dvd-rom and install, this isnt true. i simply created a folder and extracted the files to it and click set up and done. just make sure you have CD1 and CD2 in different folders as it will ask you to insert second disk. all you have to do is browse your folders to CD2, select it and done.

Hi guys, does anyone else have a this bug?
At random intervals during the turn-based map, it randomly "quick loads" - this is especially annoying much later in the game when you've spent 10 minutes managing your entire kingdom only for it to go back to the start of the round.
A similar thing happend during battles where it will freeze breifly then, 1. bring up the "console" so I can't see what I'm doing and 2. speed the game up to full speed so I lose control of my strategy and finally 3. the sound disappears.
Any idea if there's a Keyboard shortcut error or just a general bug? Anyone else get this problem?
Otherwise this is an AMAZING game 10/10

Hello, I installed the game but I cannot run it, it says I must insert the correct CD, I've tried to run it as an Administrator but to no avail, I use Win7 if that might be the problem, thank you.

For the dumb: How to Install this game****
Step 1: Mount the .iso file in the folder DVD1 using software such as Daemon Tools, PowerISO, Magicdisc, etc.
Step 2: Begin the install by Auto-running the CD or by clicking the Setup.exe in the .iso (Open drive D:)
Step 3: It will ask for a serial, enter "B3D7-FFCA-AB91-4529"
Step 4: Once the install asks for the second disk, mount the .iso from DVD2 folder and click OK.
Step 5: Once the install finishes, do not launch the game. Remount the .iso located in the DVD1 folder and Explore the disk (Open drive D:). In the disk there is a folder named Crack, copy the files inside and paste them into the dictionary which the game installed to. (C:/Program Files (x86)/SEGA/Medieval 2)
