I watched it on VLC Player and just tested it on Media player to be safe and it all works fine. what are you using to watch it with?

it comes with .srt files that you have to add yourself.

To Play the English subs SRT file use VLC media player keep the SRT in the same folder as the movie make sure the title of both the SRT and the AVI are the same.
If still no titles then start playing the movie and on the VLC Task Bar click "Video" then "Subtitles Track" then "Load File" then simply find and choose the SRT file and it should begin working.
