I don't believe this game is cracked. I won't download this file though, so I cannot confirm. The instructions that have been given for how to change the game to english are far too vague. I don't understand them at all. I doubt I'm the only one. Like a lot of people, I'm stuck waiting for a blackbox release anyway. I cannot download a file of this size anyway. I've followed the steps previously listed (mount, extract, copy/paste, remount in magic-iso, delete origin folder, save, remount, click auto-run)... but I STILL get the origin splash screen (in russian no less) and if you told it "nyet" it dumps you back out to the desktop.

/sigh this torrent is real, It's a real image of the 2 dvd's however it is not cracked so you can not play it. If you however want to install it ahead of time so that your ready when the crack comes out you can:
1) Mount DVD2 with Daemon tools, open it and drag and drop Data.zip to an empty folder on your desktop named battlefield 3.
2)Mount DVD1 with Daemon tools.
3)Right click on Data.zip that you just moved into your battlefield 3 folder and click extract here.
4)you will get an error click close to continue with extracting.
5)It will ask you for the 2nd part of the file to continue extracting.
5)Mount DVD2 again, direct your extracting file to the data.zip location on DVD2 and wait (skipping error)
Install completed.

For the people still in doubt, this is the real deal. However it's only a copy of the 2 discs, so it does NOT come with any crack or whatsoever. The installer is only in Russian I believe.
As of now, there is still no crack afaik, but if we wait patiently I'm sure one will come eventually.

3)open lang_dfa.ini and change to

There probably will be a crack released tommorow. They added a date check to the game to make sure the game won't play untill the correct date, so they may just put the .exe in the pre-load since it won't work. Obviously we can get past the date check, and with a .exe there will be a crack made.

I don't think you people understand what the problem is. The game verifies itself on its first run and subsequently decrypts certain game files to run properly. Even with a crack, we wouldn't have the decrypted files to play the game. We'll only see a game after the decrypted files become available on release.

this is how you innstall the game! for real!
PROPER INSTRUCTIONS :
1) MOUNT DVD 2 ..u will find Data.zip
2) Copy that Data.zip to somewhere on ur HDD.
3) Now Mount DVD 1.
4) Now Go back to Data.zip file that u copied earlier and click Extract.
5) It will ask you for data.z01 file.
6) Now This data.z01 file is on DVD1 that u mounted..so point it there..and your extraction starts.
7) U will get an error that file is corrupt but just close it and let it continue extracting.
8) After some time it will ask you to poin out to The Data.zip file that you first copied….so point it to that file.
9) U will get another error saying corrupt file..and ignore it.
10) Thts it..all ur files will be extracted..

- install winzip (only winzip will work :( )
- mount both the drives and copy and paste data.zip and data.z01 on your desktop
- start extracting the data.zip file to a folder (ignore warnings.)

- after extraction paste the missing files in Data folder. and remove the CORRUPTED files.. :)

Honestly people I think the game is worth the money. Besides Battlefield is about the multiplayer, and you can't play multiplayer with ANY crack; you have to go through Origin and Battlelog. I have the game pre-installed (from pre-order) and am waiting until 1 A.M. Tuesday morning :)
This may or may not be the real deal, I don't know, but I believe it is. However there is NO crack and even if there was you would only get single player.

Works fine with Reloaded crack now. Had to re-replace missing files, Origin deleted them I think, (the two "corrupted" files you had to replace) so make sure it's not installed or running.
To get english I downloaded
and changed the registry keys mentioned at the beginning of comments on this torrent. Had to create the keys, under the "Battlefield 3" key add strings: 'locale' with value set to 'en', and 'language' with value set to 'English'.
A possible tip, another torrent mentioned copying the 2 dvd's contents to one folder, not just the zip files, before extraction, which I did. Don't know if it matters.
The graphics are extra realistic for a pc game, I have to give that "Frostbite(?)" engine some credit.

Please guys i need help !
So i downloaded this and that fix.
did everything as said except for language thing cus i want the game to be in russian (im russian).
And when i launch the game after 4 seconds of darkness the screen with tank and moving smoke comes up, and nothing happens. Please i really want to play bf3 so could one of you help me please ?sorry for bad english too :P

Ok, so I did everything that SilenceMurderer said in his Instructions and when I start the game it does show up in task manager (Processes) but it doesnt start. So can anyone help?

Ok, So I followed SilenceMurderers Instructions and did everything right I think but the game doesnt start. It does show up in task managers processes and only takes like 13 mb of memory.

This must be the hardest install ever! I have faithfully done the following procedure -
1) MOUNT DVD 2 ..u will find Data.zip
2) Copy that Data.zip to somewhere on ur HDD.
3) Now Mount DVD 1.
4) Now Go back to Data.zip file that u copied earlier and click Extract.
5) It will ask you for data.z01 file.
6) Now This data.z01 file is on DVD1 that u mounted..so point it there..and your extraction starts.
7) U will get an error that file is corrupt but just close it and let it continue extracting.
8) After some time it will ask you to poin out to The Data.zip file that you first copied....so point it to that file.
9) U will get another error saying corrupt file..and ignore it.
10) Thts it..all ur files will be extracted..Very Happy
11) Now Download missing files Provided in this Thread And paste Them. (this refers to the "battlefield 3 fixx" torrent..... I have this too).
my problem is every time I start to install, ORIGIN starts asking me for the "Product Key". I don't have this obviously. Is there a way to get around this or am I still missing something???????
I had installed more than a dozen games from this site and had no problem before. Any help??????

I figured it out and I'm now playing. Problem is we tend to assume the installation procedure is typical of all other games. It is not. There is no setup wizard that would let us know that the game is being installed. So, I made this idiot guide (after scouring all the comments) to clarify how to install this game properly.
BATTLEFIELD 3 INSTALLATION FOR IDIOTS:
Note: This is not your usual installation unlike most games. There is no actual setup process (after the usual mounting and extracting process we are used to) where the game is installed to windows.
The readme that comes with both torrents are incomplete. Below is their instruction with my own procedure in all caps.
Installing Battlefield 3 (Battlefield.3.2011.CLONEDVD-P2P).
1) MOUNT DVD 2 ..u will find Data.zip
MOUNT BOTH IN SEPARATE DRIVES TO AVOID CONFUSION AND HUSTLE.IN MY CASE DISK 1 WAS MOUNTED AS DRIVE W:, & DISK 2 AS DRIVE X:
2) Copy that Data.zip to somewhere on ur HDD.
AFTER MOUNTING BOTH DISK, GO TO DISK 2, OPEN IT AND YOU SHOULD SEE .RAR FILE NAMED "DATA.ZIP". COPY THIS FILE AND PASTE IT IN A (TEMPORARY) FOLDER WITH A HUGE SPACE (25G). THIS WILL ACTUALLY BECOME THE GAME DIRECTORY WHEN EVERYTHING IS COMPLETE.
3) Now Mount DVD 1.
YOU ARE ALREADY DONE WITH THIS BY NOW IF YOU FOLLOWED MY WAY.
4) Now Go back to Data.zip file that u copied earlier and click Extract.
THIS DATA.ZIP FILE IS THE ONE IN YOUR FOLDER AND NOT THE ONE IN DISK 2 MOUNTED IN YOUR VIRTUAL DRIVE.
5) It will ask you for data.z01 file.
6) Now This data.z01 file is on DVD1 that u mounted..so point it there..and your extraction starts.
HE MEANS DISK 1 YOU MOUNTED IN ANOTHER VIRTUAL DRIVE.
7) U will get an error that file is corrupt but just close it and let it continue extracting.
SELF EXPLANATORY
8) After some time it will ask you to point out to The Data.zip file that you first copied....so point it to that file.
NOTE ITS THE DATA.ZIP FILE YOU PASTED EARLIER IN YOUR FOLDER, NOT THE ONE IN THE VIRTUAL DRIVE.
9) U will get another error saying corrupt file..and ignore it.
10) Thtas it..all ur files will be extracted..Very Happy.
11) Now Download missing files Provided in this Thrad And paste Them.
NOW GO TO THE OTHER TORRENT FILE, Battlefield 3 Fixx.

THE FOLLOWING IS IMPORTANT FOR CRACKING, UPDATING AND CHANGING THE LANGUAGE OF YOUR GAME FROM RUSSIAN TO ENGLISH.YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD Battlefield 3 Fix (for CloneDVD, Unpacked, Older versions)
1. Extract the update ("Update") into the main folder
(Example: C:\Games\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 3)

SO ACTUALLY EXTRACT IT TO THAT FOLDER YOU MADE EARLIER (ONE WHERE YOU PASTED "DATA.ZIP" EARLIER). JUST LOCATE DATA\WIN32\LOC IN THE SAME FOLDER YOU CREATED.
3. Extract the missing files ("win32_MissingFiles") into the data folder.
Ex: G:\Games\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 3\Data\

IGNORE HIS SAMPLE DIRECTORY. IT GIVES YOU THE FALSE IMPRESSION THAT THE GAME WAS INSTALLED USING TYPICAL INSTALLATION. FACT IS YOUR GAME IS ALREADY INSTALLED. (I used the post from SilentMurder as my guide - target was C:\Games\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 3 - running 7 Ultimate x64 and the Russian-sourced CLONEDVD torrent - it works just fine.) 5. Use the Reloaded crack and paste it into the main folder, click 'copy and replace'.

Im at the startup intro now with the orange pulse, just after the black screen and ive been waiting bout half an hour. I really do hope I dont have to wait this long everytime I want to play.

Come on.. I had the opening problem with Reloaded ver and the Battlefield 3 (2011) PC | RePack ver.. and now with even this.. What The Hell is wrong with my comp ? As soon as I install the crack it doesn't work anymore.. I launch bf3.exe, it like starts for a second in task manager and then just closes, WHATs THE PROBLEM ANYONE ????

Trust me this method works. What I wrote is merely to elaborate & make more understandable a method that works for so many people already. But just in case another method by bwidger is worth exploring-
bwidger's method....
1. You do NOT need to burn .iso files. Instead, extract both DVD 1&2 .iso files to their own separate folders (i.e. "extract to DVD1\).
2. After extracted, go to DVD 2 folder then Game folder. Copy all .zip files.
3. After copying, go to Game folder inside DVD 1 folder and paste it in DVD 1's Game Folder. You should now have gamefiles 1-58 inside DVD 1's Game folder.
4. When all gamesfiles are in DVD 1's Game folder (1-58), double click "GameFiles.part01" to start the extract process. All 58 parts will now extract.
5. When all gameparts have extracted go to DVD 2 folder then to Crack folder and copy contents.
6. After copying crack folder contents go back to DVD 1 folder, Game folder, and then paste to apply cracked contents. Make sure you copy over existing .exe file.
7. Enjoy the game! ;)
