So the question you might ask is: Why didn't you follow the scene rules with this one and make it either 700mb or 1400mb? And my answer is: 700mb = OK image quality but really poor bitrate. I could've made it 1400mb but that would've been overkill. I only grabbed the few extra MB I needed to get a passable bitrate, ok? I agree that you should follow scene rules but every now and then you stumble on a situation when you really can't 'cause it'll just f*ck things up.
