Please, take the limit so that it's possible to download. At least give 5 kb/s.

While downloading, people should limit their uploads to 1/3 of its maximum speed, so you'll download as fast as your connection can and still upload at a very good speed.
I download at 110kb/s (max) and upload at 11kb/s (34kb/s max), when the download finishes, I remove the limit.
