Sorry i try to make dual audio... Bt bro problem ye aati hai ki HIndi video ki FPS aur English Video ki FPS match nahi karti to kai baar audio bahut zyada aage piche ho jata hai......... Thats y i cant....
agar tumhe AUDIO ka FPS badalne ka koi tareeka pata ho to batao yar......

only a little bit i know.It works only 4 converting 23.976 to 25/30 fps
In mkvmerge GUI
add>file u want
select audio>go to format specification
in stretch>type "23.976/25">then start muxing
U'll get the desired file
Note:it only works 4 converting 23.976 to 24/25/30 from lower to high fps but doin vice versa audio cliches occurs for that other softwares are used
In stretch u can type
for converting 23.976 to 24="23.976/24"
for converting 23.976 to 25="23.976/25"
for converting 23.976 to 30="23.976/30"
U can try on any video of 2-3 min for testing a sample.if u like it then u can surely use in your movies

ok ab samajh me aaya kya problem hai. @3385VKSH bhai main exactly koi solution t nahi nahi bata sakta kyunki i never done this kinda thing magar try soundforge time strech option on entire audio track.see if it works?newaz thanks for response.

Video is Verified by FPS and Audio is Varified by Sample Rate, so if Audio's sample rate is 44100 Hz you can change it to 48000 Hz for batter Sync.
