I need help Deciphering your explanation on how to use the quake 3 download.. Its been download but you explanation doesn't make a lot of sense

@Trycky: Download and install Daemon Tools. In DT select to mount the "Quake III Arena" .ISO file. If the game install doesn't pop-up; My Computer > Double click the new drive with Q3 to launch install. The rest should be easy enough.

This copy sucks big fat monkey balls, it has an installed version MIXED in with the .iso so the result is, you cannot install it since setup thinks it's already installed., this also means that you cannot patch with 1.32 to get multiplayer. The first clue is that the info is *not* in the iso file as indicated, but in a folder that includes the .iso file. My suggestion is to keep the keygen, find an old copy of Q3 demo, activate it with the keygen, then patch with 1.32 that you should DL from the official ID site.
