LRE Urusei Yatsura TV Complete

Urusei Yatsura (AKA Lum, the invader girl) Complete series, episodes 1-195. Japanese audio with english subtitles. Mkv files. Quality is what you would expect from a 20 year old anime. I cant get media player to play the subs, but VLC Media Player works fine. This is an oldie, but very, very good. Its also out of print, so it's neraly impossible to find all original volumes.And it was never released as R2 dvd. So, thanks to donkey brain publishers, it's up to us to keep this one alive (I would really like to purchase the originals, but I can't find them anywhere and thanks to not so "free trade" I cant watch legally purchased R1 dvds on my R2 player - or can I?;)) For those who don't know the series its about an alien girl who comes to earth in order to repossess the planet. It's up to a very unlucky and lustful highschooler named Ataru to save the world by defeating Lum in combat. He ends up (accidentally) proposing to her. Its hilarious.

AnimEgo has Lum on DVD now, you can find it on their web page but than ks for the upload. Something for me to watch while i wait for the mail

Very expensive stuff. They´re R1 and import costs to EU are prohibitive ( I end up paying 40 or 50% of the price in various taxes and tariffs)...:(

yes you can watch r1 dvds but its wierd kipkay has a tut on one dvd player and it might be different on others and i havent tried it my self but here it is

hope you can figure it out if not i bought that same dvd player from radio shack like 2 yrs ago for 15$ enjoy and thank loads for this series

Anybody wanting to have a different region code for their dvd or Bluray drive as a component of their computer can just go to the properties of the respective disk drive, select the hardware tab, click the respective drive and click properties. Select the dvd region tab and pick. You only have a few times that you can change it, so your best bet is going to be to just get a few cheap drives and set them to your most common regions.
