i played a lot of MMORPGS with Monthly fees and really the monthly fee is his money worth it makes such a fun for example neocron or anarchy online. But WoW is for such a giant company like blizzard too much money 17€i think does it cost here in germany. Other MMORPGs monthly fee is only 9-12€. I find the server and get connected, then nothing happens for about 3 min then i get dissconected?!?

Got it to WORK !!
INSTALLED THE GAME AND followed indstructions (BACKUP ORIGINAL LAUNCHE FILE),
FULLY UPDATED IT WITH GM ACCOUNT,
removed the new launche file replaced it with the original (OLD ONE)
and the ran the update from the cd again, and after that copyied the crack + the server ro localhost
Its now working !
SHORT:
1. FOLLOW INDSTRUCTION (backup original file)
2. fully update game with GM ACCOUNT
3. replace the launche WOW file with the original
4. Update it again with the file from cd5
5. replace the Wow launche file with the crack
( OHH had the server running all the time !! )

I had problems getting this to work. I followed the directions, adn I was sure to keep backup copies of all EXEs being replaced. I finally was ready to start the server and hop in and check it out. It didn't let me in, I looked in the server window and was getting unknown op some hex or something. Tried a few different servers, all did the same thing. Then finally I decided to replace the cracked exe, with the original after updating to 1.2.1. Worked fine after that. Not sure why you need a cracked on. So everyone whose having problems try using the original exe after update to see if that solves your problems.

When i unpack "rift.loader.0.91b" there is no loader, there is only TWO files, "loader_settings.cfg" and "kalidar.mp3". Shouldnt it be an EXE file too???

Last night i gave this game another tryout after installing it 3 times befor without success.
Tryed another 3 times.. replacing crack using original updating the game to 1.2.4 did all cind of ways but in the end it all stoped with the password and username was wrong.. couldnt gett access to the game anyway.
Well... lets try agin :-)
Would be nice with a step by step that realy works or a modifyed crack that works a.s.o.

Install notes for offline game, have not got it to work online yet.
1. Burn or mount with Deam Tools

For all who are having proble with connecting to server, adn all you get is the connected message and game doesn't do anything, replace the exe in wow root folder with the original from the update. On the post above at one of the sites look in the stickyposts and you'll find some place that has teh original exe you need. version 1.2.1 if you're using the stuff that came with the torrent. I had same problem and as soon as I replaced it with the legit exe it worked fine.

Iv installed Warcraft and patched it to 1.2.3. Now when i finnaly have got rid of installing problems im having problem connecting. What i do to start my game is following:
I start the server warcraft 1.2.1 which followed with the game
Then i start the game and try to log onto with pass provided.
It start connecting the game and ending up with "unable to connect" msg.
Please help me out as im not so far away from finnaly playing the game

I need help. I downloaded and unzipped each cd, then burned the contents of each cd to cd using nero. The 1st cd worked fine, but when it asks for the second cd, it doesnt read it. I put it in, and nothing happens when i press ok, it just asks for the second cd again. det finns många förklaringar till hur man får det att fungera OFFLINE.
Vilket är ungefär 0% intressant eftersom det är ett ONLINE spel.
om det är någon som ahr fått det att fungera ONLINE så får ni gärna tala om hur ni gjorde.

jeg får til å spille offline. problemet er når jeg skal spille online. når jeg prøver og logge på kommer det opp en oppdatering til versjon 1.2.4.. må jeg ha den for å spille online? noen ganger kommer også "Unable to validate game version"
det er også helt umulig og få den Rift-loaderen til og virke :(

Okej alla nu ska jag försöka hjälpa er alla som har inte riktigt klarat av det men men steg för steg:
1. installera
2. använd inte cracken! man kan lira det utan crack och serial.
3. patcha till 1.2.1 som ligger i cd 5, kör VB6.0-KB290887-X86 som ligger i cd 5, sen sätt realmlist på: set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
logga in med "default" och password "password" ladda ner 1.2.3 sen logga in med samma namn och pass och ladda ner 1.2.4
4. (detta behövs inte men bra). gå in på och ladda ner Control Panel 1.4. Efter gå in i Version panel och lägg till wow exen och att du har 1.2.4 patchen. sen är det bara att välja vilken server du vill köra på och klicka på "create accaunt" på vilken som helst och sen play sen bara logga in så spelar du online ;). (funkar för mig)

Gör samma sak fram till steg 3 sen ladda ner WADemu: och välj 1.2.4 tyvärr så står det på tyska men du ser iaf 1.2.4 ;). sen e bara att unrara eller extracta filen sen kör du "account creator" gör ett acc sen ner och tryck på WoWemu.exe sen kör du wow som vanlig bara loggar in på de account du har creatat( helt bugg fritt allt funkar med alla gubbar) om ni undrar nått så adda mig på banan_kungen872@hotmail.com och fråga om nått.

just point it to your WDB directory and it will remove the files in there every 10 minutes to avoid crashes. Fx like this...

That's why I suppose it's important that you point it to the WDB folder and not the main WOW game folder.
Now did anyone try to update the seed to 1.2.3 or 1.2.4 to find a working server? is the 1.2.1 crack working with a higher patch version? Did anyone manage to create a 1.2.1 server account so far? What server and what URL?

Jahopp det löste sig på första försöket :D Förstår inte vad alla har problem med :S.. Jag installerade spelet.. Lät det uppdateras till version 1.30, efter det tankade jag via dc hem MSWINSCK.OCX för att få Riftloaderservern att funka.. Sen gick jag in på och valde en av version 1.30 servrarna.. Jag skapade ett account på en av servrarna. Sen Gick jag in i Riftloader och la till en ny realm där skriver man helt enkelt in den raden man fick när man reggade sig på en av servrarna enligt ovan. Sen startade jag spelet.. Obs! Porten måste vara öppen på din router och du måste ha ställt in din brandvägg att släppa förbi WOW.. Hoppas ni får det till att funka nu ;) Ha det bra

Du ska givetvis logga in med accountet som du skapar på den servern du vill spela.. Dvs på den crackade servern där dur registrerade dig.. Sen addar man realmtexten dvs serveradressen i riftloader och startar sedan upp genom att trycka på startknappen i riftloader då ska warcraft starta och fråga efter inlogg och pw fyll i dessa med det username och pw du valde i den crackadeservern.. Nu ska det funka om du öppnat portarna rätt och stängt av brandväggen.. Lycka till

Datorn behöver ifs en ominstallering men vafan. En tracker sa något om en TSF-stacking(?). Aja, får väl installera om skiten. Om det här är en n00b-fråga säg det, har aldrig varit med om det här problemet förut.

Fungerar bra. Efter att bara installerat det och uppgraderat det med patchar (utan att köra Crack) så går det bra att ansluta till public servers.. och då använder jag mig av WoW Control Panel.
Men..
Jag har testat emot Blizzards servrar också. De är bra mycket bättre. Visst, alla världar och monster och så finns med på skivorna, men det är servern som bestämmer vart monster/UPC/saker etc, skall finnas. Det är servern som styr Quests och hur UPC'erna skall agera och en massa annat.
Public serverar har osammanhängade quests, en massa fel, tomma världar (inga monster), dålig balans, monster som jagar en i all evighet, etc. och en MASSA crasher.
Vill man att detta ska vara _riktigt_ roligt, då är det att betala Blizzard en slant.. om de börjar sälja Accounts snart igen.

I can now answer my own question, the game cant be cracked after applying the 1.5.0 patch, at least not with the crack that this release provides. So my new updated question is: How do I solve this? I think a lot of people will appreciate an answer to this. Or It's just me that's too stupid.

So I just download cd 5 because I had the real disks. I followed all the direction and had the server running before I started up warcraft. I can log in as ESTRAYK and DEFAULT. I sure that the password works because the server says connected. When I click cancel, I see the estrayk's world server. This is where the server gets stuck. In the server DOS promt it says: cmsg_Auth_session
buflen! pktlen:54455 buflen:10.
Unknown opcode 0xasdf8
Or some thing like that. After a while it says that it is saving world..
done.
Then it start over again. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong but figure that someone must know how to make it work.

Jag har mountta me daemon tools, instalera spelet, updatera till den nya patchen men sen när jag starttar spelet så kommer den alltid ti samma ställe,
