A quick look at the first 15mb shows a lot of 0's. This might just be the format of dmg files (I've seen similar things), but beware.... I think it's fake.

This is the real deal. I downloaded the actual SDK from Apple before the site went down, and the MD5sum of that file was:
b99c31e639a1689ec86fb56b9b2e6270
I then started downloading this torrent and replaced the iphone_sdk.dmg file it had created with the original one, and told Transmission to re-check local data, and now it's seeding.

Note that the Apple SDK is basically useless for now. The reason? You can't actually run, test or debug apps on your iPhone using the official Apple SDK on your normal phone, until they send you the iPhone 2.0 firmware (current ones are 1.1.1 to 1.1.4). Also they will need to send you a "provisioning key" after you pay $99.
Last but not least YOU NEED TO BE A US DEVELOPER. FUCK YOU APPLE!

Here's a video tutorial on how to dual boot Vista and Leopard! And once you have done this then you can run iPhone SDK, I promise I have done it myself. But be warned I had to do a system recovery on my computer about six times before I got it to work, so be ready to erase your whole computer before you do this. But if you follow these tutorials word for word will be able to dual boot Vista and Leopard.
Note: The most important thing to know is the partition number for Vista and the new partition for Mac.
1)First your going to need make a new partition so here's a link for a tutorial.
Read First! Once you start to create a "new simple volume," on the first screen your only going to want to give it a drive letter and then on the second screen. After that your going to want to check "Do not format this volume" then hit next and your done.
