My first torrent! Zipped the CD that came with the N10-004 Network+ All in one by Mike Meyers. Contains the entire book in .pdf as well as the practice test engine, and some other crap. I just saved you $30 bucks. All hail the bung!

If it has Ramnit virus then Virus Total and MBAM lied. VT (McAfee-GW-Edition) finds file as Heuristic.BehavesLike.Win32.Backdoor.I
VT finds 21/42 hits on as Hacktool/Riskware (simply the way this analyzer behaves, can be replaced by real Trojan).
