Honestly, don't knock it 'til you've tried it. If you can firmly say for yourself that it isn't real, then thats good for you, but thousands of others may disagree. NOTHING in this day and age can be simply dismissed as new age mumbo jumbo... because the world as we know it is changing, and things that were once thought to be science fiction are now becoming science fact.
