Burn it with nero express /video cd...
Just use a normal cd to burn on.
No need for convert :)

It is probably a ".mpg"-move, so will work if you rename them. No reason to convert.
Either it is mpeg-1 (VCD) or mpeg-2 (SuperVCD) windows like ".mpg" anyway.
