Drop both the keygen and the exe into the mIRC install folder and run the keygen. Enter the name you want to reg and click the button.

ok i take that back. works like a charm. thx
thats what i did.
1. installed
2. copied cracked exe + keygen to mirc folder
3. before running mirc used keygen: picked my name and clicked generate/register.
4. manual register while in running program WONT work.
