Yeah, quite some people (and therefore aps, like sony vegas) still say 128kbps is high/cd quality and while the current 128k encodings dont sound as bad as the older ones (those were just horrible to listen to), a lot of people (incl me) can still hear the difference.For mp3 using EAC and LAME (latest version: 3.98) -V2 is highly recommended and gives (near) perfect quality.
