Description:

nLite v1.4.9.1 made Portable No need to install it! More infos and original installer at: http://www.nliteos.com/ This version is made up to work also on machines that don't have .NET Framework installed. The Portable SFX EXE files are built up using WinRAR. You can use it to extract the files and check them one by one if you want to be sure of what is running on your machine. SUGGESTIONS ON USING P2P DOWNLOADS ================================== 1) It's always better to run all downloaded programs using Sandboxie or a similar virtual machine. 2) When in doubt, scan them with an Internet Scan service as the ones provided by Jotti and VirusTotal http://virusscan.jotti.org/ http://www.virustotal.com/ This will ***NOT*** give you any warranty that a file passing their analysis is clean, nor that if they see them as a troian it's so or not just another false positive, but helps you to decide and at least ask for help or infos. 3) Remember, trust nobody, and when in doubt, go to point 1) 4) If you find any upload containing trojans or whatsoever malicious or unclean, Instead of start cursing in the comments of the upload, take the time to go to the Suprbay Forum at: http://suprbay.org/forumdisplay.php?f=34 and report links and comments there, and someone will take care of all the nasties. That's the only way to keep TPB and its uploads fresh and clean. That's for what is regarding security. If after testing it you see that you like it and need this program, show your support by buying it! Enjoy and remember to seed... :o)

10x man :)
Can you make WinXP Manager without .NET portable, it will be very handy too :)
MobTime 6.3.1 is here:
http://www.heet.com/details.php?id=a049cccea9a70c57bb43b105eaadaba7dbb997ee

Replace heet with h33t, fucking name filter functions :P

@Ov4ar
That's why I was not able to find it. There is a heet.com but it's related to completely different things.
The Cell Phone Manager is out. Regarding WinXP Manager it looks like it's too deeply using .NET, to make it portable for non-.NET systems looks a little bit too complicated. That's why I hate .NET Apps, they require you to install a 100 MB of extra stuff to have a small program running, when good programmers can do the same things without using .NET. nLite was easier to conver as nuhi is using only some of the files of .NET, and he was already sorting out the needed files for building up a light version of .NET. I've had only the hassle to pack it up and set the relative paths. At least, I think it's possible to create a Portable version of WinXP Manager able to run on a system with .NET already installed, but I don't know if it's a good idea, or better find another program that does the same functions and don't use .NET, that for me is the best solution... :o)

I agree man. Installed fucking .Net 3.5 and monitored with Total Uninstall. It created 1100 files (320MB) and 20000 registry values (2MB), my PC got slower, fuck .Net :D

That's why I was stopping updating Norton Ghost from version 9, only because it requires the installation of .NET. Considering that the previous Ghost 2003 is fitting in a floppy I don't see any reason to install some hundreds of SW to do the same thing, specially if you think that Acronis and Paragon are doing similar apps smaller and .NETless. I personally continue to use my good old Ghost 2k3 booting from a floppy when I need to backup my HD, in some minutes it does everything without problems. In certain situations DOS programs are better... :o)

doesnt work!?
"you must first install .net framework..."
suggestions please?

 NoExcuses (2008-11-28)

@windont
Check in there is a mscoree.dll file in system32 and rename or delete it, then try again to run the program. The batch file checks for this one and if it's there from some old or incomplete installation it will not do all the trick to convince nLite that .net is there.
