well,nzhapakov,every patch is a trojan,yes it is,but you can activate kaspersky with this patch till 22.12.2010,and after that just delete patch from directory(with Kasp.or manual).And you have Kaspersky inter.secur. activated.darkdiver1 (2008-12-22)

you probably RESTARTED your system!Answer1: Close Kaspersky (also its processes!) and copy the zip file to C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab and extract it there and apply!
Answer2: Restart your system in safemode and apply the patch!
