Most of the VOB files have had the frame rate cut in half. If you put it in slow motion in VLC Media Player you can see that every other frame is blurred because two frames have been merged together as one. Not to mention the horrible interlacing. I downloaded a torrent a few years ago with the very same problem. I’d bet that was the source for these. Disappointing…
