I don't know what kingLeonidas is talking about or what that shady website is, but spybot search & destroy, avg antivirus, and malware bytes anti-malware all report the file and patch as CLEAN.

Virustotal is no shady website. It is a service to scan files using 38 different antivirus engines. The website is very well renowned and widely used on the Piratebay. Virustotal was awarded as one of the best products of 2007 by PC World. Besides, kingLeonidas have been doing the community the service of providing valuable information.
And yes, he did not write that your torrent is infected, only providing a link for users to make up their own mind. Although, I must say that the patch definately does look suspicious. The .exe file looks safe. Cracks, keygens and such files can often come up as false positives.
