This looks great, I've begun DL of 1-2-5-6, as I usually end up in the guard anyway and actually like it there.
So if you have more stuff dealing with different guard work, it would be much appreciated.

i like the guard also but i was actually blown away by the techniques he displayes from the (100 kilos) side control! Really good i have to say!
ill check in to it and see if i can pull out some more guard-work
