There's a similar spec file kicking around by DJT although he didn't bother checking the spec of the file - he just copied mine.
He's also uploaded the ITV4-HD version but there aren't many seeders.
If he has access to the HD source then it's surprising he didn't use it for creating the 832x468 encode.
