Actually the video quality might be okay but with blockiness in the darker scenes, but the 29FPS effectively reduces bitrate even more. (Learn what IVTC means people, or don't try to rip.) A better rip can be found here, although actually the specs are better than needed. I prefer higher than needed quality to not enough anyday though.
