PS2 NTSC to PAL or PAL to NTSC converter

Converts the picture format from NTSC to PAL and vice versa. It also adjust Y-FIX, so the screen will not come out crooked, or oblique. This program does not do ANYTHING, but finding the colour files, and convert them. This program has been a secret for some years now. All you have to do is to choose the iso file, Drag and Drop into this window, then press convert and it's done. But remember to take a backup, before you convert, so if things doesn't go right, you don't have to download it again. This is a real program!!! IT DOES WORK! I know the size looks a wee bit weird, but you don't have to install this program, just click it and it will open. Works on Win2000 and above (even Vista)

Maybe this'll do NTSC to PAL, but it won't go the other way...at least for me it didn't. GTA Liberty City was still B&W and offcentered on the y-axis. Could've been me doing something wrong, but I don't think so. This program's pretty straight forward.

I must retract my precious statement...I'm pretty sure it was the game, maybe I just needed to rename it or something...anyways, I found this same thing on a different site and it worked with Superbike PAL. I apologize.

This didnt work for me...I ave a Crash Tag Team Racing(PS2) in PAL that I need to Convert to NTSC....and this software didnt work for it

To be honest i'm not 100% sure all games can be converted FROM PAL to NTSC... I am sure though, if it still is B&W it will not work, so don't waste your time if it doesn't work the first time.
And Yes, This is a pretty straight forward program, there's only two buttons.
I tested it with Tekken 5 for PS2, and it worked the first time. This is really a program of it's own, no other system converter can do it this good, for most games it delivers a centered, y-axis and natural PAL colours.

Open the converter, browse and put your file into converter, clik patch. It does not create a new file, but use the exiting file into iso burn-room. Worked very nice with, lego batman ntsc to pal. Recomend that you take a backup og your file before running application. Thanks uploader, great torrent!!!

Remember, If you have a TV that supports HD (Is HD ready) You do NOT need this program. Most new televisions can play, SECAM (Japaneese and Asian colors), NTSC (US and American Colors), And PAL (European colors).
Just plug the PS2 in if you have a newer TV.

Hey I want to convert DBZ budokai tenkaichi 3 into NTSC format. When I try to convert it is has 3 file types. 1 actually has something in it. When I click it though it says it is an Illegal file Type.

There's a big possibility that the game you chose has different files, one for color, one for X-Fix and one for Y - fix. Most PS2 games has all of that in one file, so the conversion would be done easily.

This shit does not work. It is missing files. It's only the .exe and missing the necessary files for it to work! I know because it's supposed to have a place to enter the input.

Secam are not japan , NTSC-J are japan . SeCAM are for north and south africa .
