Is anyone else having problems playing this in VLC media player? It seems to work fine with Windows Media, but not VLC.

Had problems with sound but solved them by converting to mp4. Unusually high fps (59.94) Changed to 30. Video Quality is best out there. A great copy. Thanks

I'll add another request - how did you convert the 50 some FPS to 30 FPS. MEDIACODER doesn't work.??????????????????

I've been trying to fix this file for ages without any success. I came across a program called Subler, which fixed it in less than a minute. It converts the file to an MP4 and is really simple to use. It's free and runs on a Mac, there's probably something out there for the PC that does the same thing.

Update: I used MediaConverter8 to convert the file to avi and it worked. Resolution is the same as the original file just a little lost of bit rate in the process. Still it's the best quality out there.
