You have to register offline or the serial will be blacklisted and noone can use it.
Has anyone been able to download it? After 5 days still 1 seed, wtf???

Hola, al usar stuffi para descomprimir, se cierra el programa, luego al intentar instalar el programa se cierra, debe ser porque algún archivo esta corrupto. Si me puede ayudar te agradezco.

OK, bad news.
Upgraded to Stuffit Expander 2009 - got an error:
Archive was compressed with an unknown compression method (Error #17535)
Noticibly the 'parts' folder is empty. Trying to install what is there, about 2.1GB fails at some point:
Error trying to open (MacAppA.zip)
The serial certainly is accepted during the install. Beware however that the installer tries to connect to home. Install Little Snitch to prevent that.
But in any case, this one is NOT useable.
