Scrambled at the start, goes randomly blue about 2 minutes in for a few seconds and has a huge black border around it the whole time. Barely watchable.

Don't listen to "MrLore". The file is very watchable. Just increase the size of the player window to get rid of the black border.

I've not downloaded, was looking for something else.
Mr Lore... Maybe you need the correct codecs to cover the blue... TeddyTash clearly states bit scrambled at begining...
The black border... well that is known as letterbox and very common.
I really don't understand why people complain about torrents like this. This is good!
