No this isn't in English, but there are mods for this game that convert the games UI and text to english. Check out this wiki site, you'll find everything you need there!

hey great upload I wonder if anyone around has found a torrent for a-ga: gekidou no wakusei i havent been able to find one at all that had anyone seeding it at least since it seems like its a few years old

Anyone else having problem installing? It say's some file is missing (at least I think so since it japanese). I mount and then get the screen and click install button. starts to install then after a few sec the message comes and all is aborted.
The english pack can't be installed until the game is installed, so it wont help me yet.

Thanks MP4SS, I have now installed the game but now get it says that I need to use the regfix?
I guess I have screwed up somewhere but tried install the game 2 times more now without any luck.
