I wish you had spent more time on the encode. It's a really bad encode - aspect ratio is wrong, and you have coded black bars into the video stream, resulting in a miniature video if viewed on a widescreen monitor.

I reposted a better version with the aspect ratio fixed. The black bars are a little annoying, but they are not from the encode. They are from the capture of the broadcast. If you want to crop them out, go for it, but I've already spent enough time to get this posted.
