For u who are having troubles with installing this mod. Read the Read Me file.
For more info on moding in GTA go to http://www.gtaforums.com/?showforum=109
First RULE of moding "DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP" there is no reseting when moding so u need to have backups on u'r original GTA files if u whant to restore it to it's original.
Simple basic install:
Make shure u have uncheked the "Read Only" box in properties

ANSWER: this isn't the game, this is a mod. YOu don't install it, you replace the GTA3.img and some other files with the files in this mod.
