For the romelrego dude: that actually happened to me once. I tried to open a movie before it was done and somehow it turned into a movie that I had deleted a week or so before. I guess the files were similar or just got mixed up or something. I've never opened another before it was done and it's never happened again, so...

You probably tired to play the movie before the BitTorrent download was complete. When you start a BitTorrent download your BT client creates a file the size of the complete movie, but the BT client doesn't zero out the file because it doesn't have to. The entire file will be overwritten by new data as it comes in.
This means that before the download is complete, the file will contain bits and pieces of old deleted files so what happened to you, playing a file and expecting movie X while getting movie Y, is quite possilble.
The solution is to use a file wiping program like Eraser:

that overwrites deleted files with random data. This also improves your computer's security because deleted files are *really* deleted and cannot be recovered even with advanced forensic tools.
