Given the year of this film's release, I can only imagine what Leone had done in order to "encourage" that cat to bolt through the scene in 059:42 (with the wild overdub). I am thinking it might have involved some some T27 1/4 inch staples, a length of 20 lb. test and a motorcycle... oh those pre-PETA days when Hollywood used up animals faster than it did 18 year old blondes... :P
