WOOOHOOOOO!!! great download, great product from a great genius!!! for those that need it...when you run the crack, a wizard will show up and ask you to patch a path...hit the patch link...it will say file is invalid or missing...don't worry...after this it will ask if you wanna find the missing file and you will say yes...you will browse your computer for the file...all you do is go right back to the crack wizard and tell the "original" crack wizard to open the crack wizard file...basically, the wizard will open a file inside the wizard itself, but you have to tell it to...after this, you are good to go!!!

I had no "annoying" music like others, but reading the comments I see I'm not alone to have difficulties with applying the crack.
Knowing this doesn't help though.

If you are having problems with this, let me try and help. I registered just so I could post this.
1) Install Fruity Loops
2) When it says "Open Fruity Loops" uncheck it and click Done when it's done installing.
3) Open up the crack, and click "Patch"
4) you'll get a "missing file" error, and the file is usually in Program Files/Image-Line/FL Studio 2008/FL.exe or just Image-line/FL.exe in program files.
5) Close the patch, open the program.
6) If it still says Demo, then go onto #7. If not, you're done
7) If it still says "Demo", then go to Start -> Run and type in "msconfig".
8) go over to the Boot Menu and check mark "Safe Mode" and restart the computer into safe mode.
9) When it safe mode, uninstall every program you have by Image-Line [ Poizone, Collab, ASIO4ALL, FL Studio 2008 ].
10) After everything is uninstalled, make sure to go back to the folder where you had initially installed FL Studio 2008.
11) In that file, you should see 4 files that are still in the Image-Line folder. Delete them [ please note: If you ARE NOT IN SAFE MODE, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DELETE THEM].
12) After deleting, go to Start -> Run -> Msconfig -> uncheck "Safe Mode" and restart in regular mode
13) Reapply the installation and crack as I said originally, and it should work.
The reason you guys are doing it over and over again and it's not working, is because FL Studio PROBABLY [i'm not sure if they do] also embed other smaller files inside your computer somewhere that will tell whether it's a demo or pro version. Once I deleted those 4 extra files in the Image-Link folder [after uninstalling everything already, so there was no reason to have the folder], it worked.
So, that's how I fixed it. I hope it helps you all too!

I'm going to comment for the sake of those who still use XP (or XP 64bit). You can acquire SYSTEM access instead of going into safe mode to do the dirty work. All you have to do is
open up a command prompt and
type in "at time (replace time with a minute later than the current time on your clock this goes by 24 hour instead of 12 hour as well) /interactive "cmd"
A new command prompt will appear. It will have SYSTEM access, HOWEVER
Open up task manager.
Kill off explorer.exe
then go to the file > run on task manager and type in explorer.exe, press enter.
Tada you have SYSTEM access. You can run explorer.exe to be able to delete the files on this SYSTEM command prompt. If you want to know what the name of the process you want to run in this command prompt, just run it normally, then figure out the name of it in task manager. That's it.
How convienent for those who like to keep their uptime.

Ok mcfilthy I always trust your downloads, I cannot install the crack I click on it and it says windows cannot access the specified device...you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the items. Then charter security suite (f-secure) says "malicious code" found (W32/Packed_FSG.D) then it takes "no action" I'm sure the code is malicious cuz it's a fuckin crack, but still can not open or install, will the genius(i mean that) help me himself

Run as the admin if you arent already.After installing the porgram ,make sure you shut it down.Open the crack,(As the admin if your using Vista) Aplly the crack to the desired folder ,C:/Program files/Fruityloops.......Done

I'm going to clarify and make it as easy as possible for all those that do not understand the patching process by giving you the most simple pointer.
When you have installed the application, restart your computer in SAFE MODE by restarting and holding down the F8 key. Once you have booted up and are on the desktop then all you have to do is go into CRK folder where the patch file is located and either copy and paste it in to the Image-Line folder located in Program Files/Image-Line/FL Studio 8 or follow the instructions from the patch generator to this specific folder. Once you have patched the file successfully, reboot your computer and you should have a full version of FL Studio 8 Producer's Edition. Don't know why they didn't detail it like this but this should have the n00biest of people up and running in no time!

YOUR ANTIVIRUS IS DELETING THE CRACK.
Turn off auto protect before you download.
I lost all faith in AV programs when they failed to prevent or detect Vundo on a bunch of my and friends' pcs a few years back. I use PestPatrol now and haven't had an issue since... but then again, I know what the f**k I'm doing, apparently unlike many here.
AV's scan programs for code sequences, and the code sequences in most cracks (which involve writing over existing executable code and editing the registry) are interpreted as malicious by the "smart" AV.
If you're that paranoid, run a HijackThis log before and after you download and install this torrent and compare the two, just so you can see not a damn thing changes.

Hey, I've got this wierd error. To be percise, I installed FL to my External Hard drive. I run Windows XP, not Vista. And do have administrative privileges. However, when I run the Crack application, the mouse will act as if something is loading, but nothing happens afterward. No wizard, nothing. Have I done something wrong?

OK, firstly, many thanks for the torrent, only took 5 mins to dl.
Secondly, I can accept that this obv isnt a trojan and its just a false positive, BUT how do I stop McAfee from removing it immediately? (short of uninstalling it?)
I tried ending the McAfee process in the W7 task manager but they immediately popped back up and removed the crack.

This is a demo, the dl goes very fast, but it's just a waste of time...

hey guys if you're running windows 7 or vista, you have to right click the Crack, and hit Run as Administrator for it to work. and when you click "Patch" on the crack program, you are looking for the file FL.exe which was in MY "C/>program x86>Image-Line" folder.

Hey, sorry guys, I have followed every setup comment that I've seen and none of them seem to work. The crack (even when given full admin privileges - Windows 7 by the way) only opens as a process playing that tune - which can be closed by looking in the processes pane of task manager for anyone who isn't sure how to turn it off.
Like I said, I've turned off antivirus (Kaspersky) and both checked the administrator rights in its preferences as well as right-clicked "Run as Admin" yet nothing. Any ideas/insight would be appreciated.
