Classic jazz movie, on par with Paris Blues (in my list). Kirk Douglas does a very good job here. And of course, the music speaks for itself. Lauren Bacall, Doris Day and the ever wonderful, Juano Hernandez. Classic, must have. Wide Screen, black and white, english and spanish, no subs, dvd rip. Another exception to my rule of not posting what is already here. The current copies do not seem to be supported any more. This movie is too good to disappear from TPB. Please forgive the duplication. IMDB: Aimless youth Rick Martin learns he has a gift for music and falls in love with the trumpet.
